Ruth younger-Taraji P. Henson -Taraji P. Henson I feel can play Ruth Younger from “A raisin in the sun”. Taraji Henson has the features of what I view Ruth to be. Playing a hardworking mother and a worn out wife that’s not satisfied with her life and surroundings can fit in to the roles of Miss Taraji Henson. She played the mother in “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button”. As in her other known role as Shug who won the Outstanding Performance by an Actress in a Supporting Role from the movie “Hustle & Flow”. Miss Henson can play a hardworking mother who is not satisfied with her husband’s choices and attitude.
